WHY SHOULD I GO TO THE USA?
The statue of Liberty
Being a gift from French people, the Statue of Liberty has become a symbol of the United States of America, a symbol for freedom and prosperity. The Statue of Liberty is a robed female figure representing Libertas, the Roman goddess. She holds a torch above her head, and in her left arm carries a tabula ansata inscribed in Roman numerals. To people coming to the USA, the Statue of Liberty represents an assurance from poverty.
The Washington DC Shopping Mall
The Washington DC Shopping Mall is surrounded by the symbols of the USA: it is opposite to the Washington DC Monuments and Memorials, next to which is the Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam Veteran Memorial.
The Golden Gate
The suspension bridge connects San Francisco to Marin County. Completed in 1937, it is a successful construction with the strongest wind resistance: the bridge stayed unharmed by the strong earthquake Loma Prieta in 1989. It is one of the longest bridges in the world, and is a symbol of San Francisco city.
The American pancake is thick and smooth, is loved all around the USA and in the world. It is served with bananas, blueberry, maple siro and crispy smoked meat.
